my own stupidity...


I just took my measurements this morning

bust = 32
waist = 24
high hip = 31.5
full hip = 34
upper thigh = 21 (first time I've ever done this measurement)

those are smaller measurements than before... I dropped 1/2 inch from my waist and 1.5 from my hip and 2 from my butt... since I've been dancing more now, the extra weight is probably added muscle...

so why do I still feel fat???  all I see are the numbers on the scale!

I weigh more but I'm skinnier... should I be happy I'm skinny? or upset that I weigh more? I used to be happy that I got skinnier... now I'm just disgusted that the number on the scale went up...
